The principles of privacy and data protection are part of the standards set forth in our Code of Conduct.
All individuals with whom the Roquette Foundation has a relationship have a right to privacy. For this reason, Roquette is committed to protecting their personal data.
Because privacy and data protection laws vary from country to country, and because Roquette has an international presence, the Group has adopted a Group policy on personal data protection.
Our privacy and data protection policy is at the heart of our strategy to protect Roquette, the Roquette
Foundation and all individuals involved and to demonstrate our ethical and responsible approach.
This Guide explains the proper conduct of our day-to-day activities to comply with the principles of data protection and the requirements of our policy.
