Act & Care, an initiative launched three years ago, aims to fund non-profit organizations in which employees are engaged. Each year, five projects, for which the applications have been submitted by the employees themselves to promote the actions carried out by the organization in which they are involved, are selected and funded with a sum of €5,000 each. These projects, chosen by an international jury of employees, can be implemented anywhere in the world. The participating employees then follow the progress of the project throughout the year.
