Alim’Mater was founded by healthcare professionals and researchers in the fields of nutrition and perinatology with the aim of addressing a major public health issue: the lack of prevention for a healthier and more sustainable nutrition from pregnancy onwards. The association develops innovative prevention programs, including digital tools, to raise awareness among future and young mothers and their close circles about healthy and sustainable nutrition tailored to their needs and those of their children, for both the present and the future.
“9 mois à croquer” is a primary prevention program, co-developed by nutrition professionals, based on the expressed needs of pregnant women. It aims to raise awareness among expectant mothers, especially those with a limited budget, about healthy and sustainable nutrition, and to gradually support them in implementing changes in their diet, taking into account their habits, time constraints, and budget.
